Delivery & Shipping

Where we ship from
All EU orders are prepared and dispatched from our European warehouse in France.

Order processing

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 13:00 (Paris time) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 13:00 or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery methods & estimated times
We use trusted carriers across Europe (e.g., DHL, Colissimo/La Poste, Bpost, Correos, CTT, Poste Italiane). Delivery times are estimates from dispatch:

  • France: 1–3 business days

  • Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of EU: 3–6 business days

  • UK & Switzerland: 3–6 business days (see customs/duties below)

Customs, duties & taxes

  • EU deliveries: VAT is included; no customs duties apply.

  • UK & Switzerland: Orders may be subject to customs checks. Duties/taxes policy depends on the service selected at checkout (DDP vs. DAP). Any payable amounts will be indicated during checkout or by the carrier.

Tracking your order
Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

Address changes & delivery issues
If you need to update your address or delivery preferences, contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@avantgardeparis.com. Once a parcel is in transit, changes are not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.

Missed deliveries / returned to sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship it (re-delivery fees may apply) or process a refund minus original shipping costs once it arrives back at our warehouse.

Split shipments
To deliver faster, items in the same order may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Pre-orders & back-orders
Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. Your order will dispatch as soon as all items are available (or in partial shipments when enabled).

Sustainable packaging
We prioritize recyclable and responsibly sourced materials and reuse protective fillers where possible to reduce waste—without compromising product protection.

Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in original condition and packaging. Please register your return via our Returns Portal (or contact bonjour@avantgardeparis.com to request a label). For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.
